All about the Houseboat Rental in Algarve.

Enjoy the calm waters of the Ria Formosa in one of our beautiful house boats! Our houseboats are anchored in the spectacular Ria Formosa in calm waters overlooking the beautiful and exclusive nearby beach! Here you can enjoy all of the comforts of home in beautiful natural surroundings.

These houseboats are self sustainable as they have solar panels to provide energy. They are also equipped with solar water heater, bathroom and kitchenette and upper decks to allow you amazing views over the Ria!

To get to the boat, you will hop on to an speedy aqua taxi, and enjoy a 10 minute ride to your destination. Then once on board, you can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of these fantastic houseboats!

You can bring along food and drink for the duration of your stay, or take advantage of our packages which include catering, aqua taxi trips to nearby shops, watersports and so much more!

We currently offer two houseboats – the first for up to 4 people and the second for up to 10 people!

Option 1 Four Person Houseboat
This houseboat is a lovely option for up to 4 people and upon boarding, you will find lovely nautical themed decor. The lounge area has a U-shaped sofa and table for indoor dining. In the lounge area, you will also find a radio and sound system where you can hook up your phones to enjoy your favorite tunes!
The kitchenette is a lovely area where you can prepare light meals. It is equipped with dinnerware for 4 people, as well as pots and pans, salad bowls, cutting board and a nice sized counter top for meal preparation. The kitchenette also comes equipped with microwave and coffee machine, and we can arrange for a gas stove, which can be requested upon booking.
Near the kitchenette, you will find the bathroom – this room includes mirror, sink, toilet and adjustable shower. Running hot and cold water is included and a simple shower kit as well as towels for your comfort.
The double bedroom is quite lovely, as you will have panoramic views of your surroundings! The double bed will be prepared for you with soft linens and a duvet cover. This bedroom also includes a closet for your belongings. There is also a twin room which has two single beds and a lovely skylight window!
Upon climbing the ladder at the stern of the boat, you will find a lovely deck area with comfortable seating and plenty of space to enjoy al fresco dining, private sunbathing or even sleeping under the stars! The deck offers you panoramic views of the Ria and the nearby exclusive beach!

Option 2 Ten Person Houseboat
A wonderful option for larger groups, as we can take up to 10 people! When you enter into the cockpit area of the boat, you will find a lounge area with an L-shaped sofa and table for an indoor dining experience! The sofa can be turned into a bed for 2 children! The fresh colors and marine decor are quite pretty!
In this area, you will find a radio sound system with Bluetooth for hooking up your phone and listening to your favorite tunes! Descending a couple of stairs you will find the kitchenette, complete with another table and comfortable seating Which turns into a double bed!)! You will find the kitchenette equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, microwave, dinnerware for 10 people, pots and pans, salad bowls and cutting board. There is also a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cool! Should you wish to have a gas stove on site, please let us know and we can add this on to your booking.
Just past the kitchenette you will find the main bedroom. This is a lovely room with panoramic views, a personal closet and bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a mirror and sink, as well as a shower. We will also offer you a simple shower kit and towels!
In the lower area of the boat, you will find two bedrooms – each of which has a large double bed, which we will have ready for your arrival with soft sheets and duvets. These bedrooms have low ceilings and small windows with plenty of natural sunlight! There is also a shared bathroom in the downstairs area complete with toilet, sink and shower.
The outdoor area is the highlight of your stay on board! We offer three distinct areas for lounging and dining.
Off the master bedroom, you will find a small bubbling pool with bathing platform, allowing you for a quick shower after swimming in the Ria. Climbing up the ladder, you’ll find a beautiful lounge area complete with comfy seating and table. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining, or refreshing drinks at sunset with your loved ones!
There is also an upper deck, that allows you to enjoy private sunbathing and even sleeping under the stars!
