    1. Option 1 Climbing in Sintra-Cascais Natural Park

      A 2 to 3 hour experience along the many climbing routes on offer! The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park boasts more than 40 climbing spots over a 50 kilometer radius, so you’ll be spoilt for choice if you come climbing with us! Regardless of whether you have never tried climbing before, have only experienced indoor climbing, or a seasoned climber, we will tailor the experience to your specifications, so don’t forget to tell your guide on the day what you are looking for.

      Duration: 2 to 3 hours

      Availability: daily upon request

      Meeting point: Cascais. Transfers from other locations can be arranged at an additional cost

      Included: all climbing equipment hire, guide or instructor services, insurance

    2. Option 2 Half Climbing in Arrabida Natural Park

      If you’ve never tried climbing now is the time to do it! The amazing seascapes of Arrabida await you! If you are beginner, our instructor will give you a lesson and safety briefing before taking off in exploration of this spectacular park! If you are an experienced climber, let your guide know! We will take you to the locations best suited to your climbing level.

      Duration: day or full day

      Availability: daily upon request

      Meeting point: Sesimbra. Pickups from Lisbon can be arranged for an additional 27eur per person

    3. Option 4 Caving in Arrabida Natural Park

      Caving, or otherwise known as spelunking is an adventurous sport that will take you inside caves by way of climbing, scrambling and rope maneuvers. Each tour begins with a safety briefing and trying out your equipment and then away we go! The Arrabida Natural Park hosts a wide variety of amazing caves and rock formations that you will have a chance to see up close, and you won’t be disappointed!

    4. Option 5 Abseiling in Arrabida Natural Park

      Feel the freedom of rappelling off of the spectacular beachfront cliffs and rock formation in Arrabida! We offer two different circuits, each of them with its own challenge level!

      • Baleeira Circuit – consists of three rappels varying between 5mt and 35mt, along the cliffs of Cabo Espichel, and ending on the Porto da Baleeira beach.
      • Lapas Circuit – an easier circuit with three rappels varying between 7mt to 12 mt, but offering spectacular beach views along the way!

    5. Option 7 3 Day Via Ferrata Course

      Via Ferrata was created during the 1st World War as a way of allowing the soldiers to escape safely in between mountains. Now they are a fun filled way to explore nature with a bit of adventure! A via ferrata consists of a variety of activities such as climbing iron steps, sliding along steel slides, crossing bridges, among other fun things. At heights of 150 to 200 meters, you are sure to enjoy the surrounding landscapes! Ronda is a prime location for this sport in nearby Spain and we will begin this 3 day adventure with a trip to Ronda and check in at a local b&b. The plateau of Ronda is a whopping 739 meters, divided by the beautiful Guadalevin River. This  will be your starting point, with our guides giving you a safety briefing and overall structure of the paths you will follow. Then it’s time to take off! This is a difficult trail, so not suitable for children or people who are not prepared for strenuous days out in nature. 

      Duration: 3 days

      Day 1 – Travel to Ronda, visit to its Historical Center and Via Ferrata at Tajo da Ronda. Check in

      Day 2 – Atajate Via Ferrata + Benalauria Via Ferrata + Gaucin Via Ferrata

      Day 3 – Check out + Benaojan Via Ferrata + Montejaque Via Ferrata and return to Lisbon

      Availability: upon request or pending a minimum of 8 people
